About This Position:

***Must live in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area***

Starting Wage $19.50 per hour
Hiring Bonus: $300
Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity up to $300

Full time with Benefits
Training: M-F 8am-4pm (4 weeks)
Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm

 

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. You will place orders, handle questions for package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.

 

You will work in the office. You will report to the Call Center Director.

 

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
• Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.
• Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer call or chat.
• Meet establish performance metrics and quality standards.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
• You will attend four-week training from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
• Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
• Upbeat telephone voice.
• Can type 30 wpm.
• Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
