Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Petersburg, 33716 – This position is onsite
Pay: $21/hr
Hours: M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday rotation approximately every (7) weeks (WFH) 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Type: Contract to Hire
Job duties:
- Receive approximately 40-50/daily incoming calls from clients/businesses, asking them to locate specific products
- Locate the products and send them to the correct location
- Provide updates on orders
- Update system
- Confirm customer information
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:- Business to business customer service background
Requirements:- Must have (1) year of related, recent customer service experience
- Commutable distance: Must live within (15) miles from N. St. Petersburg, 33716
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
