Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, in-person, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers by addressing questions and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Adapt to various customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies.
• Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably customer facing and in a call center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Required Work Hours

Training in Clearwater 8:00AM- 4:30PM Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

St Pete Hours: 7:30AM - 6:00PM Monday to Thursday
