Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, in-person, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers by addressing questions and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Adapt to various customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies.
- Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably customer facing and in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Required Work Hours
Training in Clearwater 8:00AM- 4:30PM Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.
St Pete Hours: 7:30AM - 6:00PM Monday to Thursday
