Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule/(2) Shifts available:

• Monday-Friday | 10:30am-7:00pm
• Tuesday-Saturday | 10:30am-7:00pm

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues
• Update customer information and document interactions accurately
• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
