Home Fire Stove & Grill City is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused - part timeCustomer Service Representative to join our team. We are a growing company specializing in fireplaces, wood stoves, outdoor living products, grills, hot tubs, saunas, and more.


Our success is built on providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and making sure every customer feels valued and taken care of throughout their experience with us.


The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, is an excellent communicator, stays organized, and takes pride in following through. This position will work closely with customers and our sales and service teams to answer questions, coordinate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from the first interaction through project completion.

• Previous customer service, retail, office, or home improvement experience preferred, but not required
• Ability and willingness to learn our products, services, and processes

Responsibilities May Include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and through email
• Answering customer questions and providing product and service information
• Scheduling appointments, service calls, and follow-ups
• Communicating with customers regarding project updates, timelines, and next steps
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Helping resolve customer concerns and finding appropriate solutions
• Maintaining accurate customer information and records
• Coordinating with sales, service, installation, and management teams
• Assisting with general showroom and office responsibilities
• Learning our products and services to better assist customers

Compensation:
