Job Summary:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong sales support and customer service experience. Responsibilities include order processing, customer support, issue resolution, documentation management, and assisting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders received via EDI, email, and phone
• Communicate pricing discrepancies, stock availability, and shipping updates
• Handle RMAs, credits, invoices, BOLs, and customer documentation
• Resolve customer complaints and provide follow-up support
• Support the sales team with customer-related requests
• Answer incoming calls and assist visitors
• Maintain reports, records, and administrative documentation

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales support, order processing, or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with EDI systems, order management, or CRM software preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Basic math, data entry, and 10-key skills
