Harry Robinson Sallisaw Ford is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Customer Service Representative (Service Concierge) to become the face of our award-winning service department. In this position, you will be the first smile our customers see, playing an important role in ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience from arrival to departure.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys serving others and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to grow within our dealership, we would love to meet you. Customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Performance bonus opportunities based on Ford Customer Satisfaction (NPS), Courtesy Transportation (Pickup and Delivery), and Mobile Service initiatives.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software platforms.
Ability to commute to Sallisaw, OK.

Customer Welcome: Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude as they enter the dealership.
Communication and Scheduling: Answer incoming phone calls, handle online communications, and schedule service appointments accurately while gathering detailed information for our Service Advisors.
Service Drive Support: Assist on the service drive by installing protective seat covers and floor mats, moving vehicles safely, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
Transportation Coordination: Coordinate customer shuttle transportation and assist with future Courtesy Transportation (Pickup and Delivery) services.
Lounge Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and customer lounge for our guests.
Promotional Information: Provide clear information to customers regarding maintenance services, specials, and current dealership promotions.
Administrative and Retention Support: Process customer payments, assist with general administrative duties, and participate in Ford customer retention initiatives and follow-up programs.
Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Dependable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented.
Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
