Customer Service Representative Are you the one we are looking for? We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals in customer service in the Salt Lake City area. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. There is a team atmosphere in the office and all challenges are handled as a group. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.Your responsibilities will include:Answering fairly heavy amount of phone callsWorking with clients and handling every phase of their jobsScheduling appointmentsWorking with employees in the fieldResponsible for problem resolution for clientsMaintaining customer database and input of information into computerGood organization skills and be able to multi-taskComputer experience including Word and ExcelStrong and precise follow throughWritten and oral communication skills are essentialAbility to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work.Hours are:Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmRate: $19 - $21 per hour
