Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite)

Max PR: $18/hr
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Days: 5 days/week — Sunday off + 1 alternating weekday off
Language Requirement:Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED
Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a high level of service throughout the delivery process.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor delivery route progress.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and drivers.
• Maintain service quality while managing multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency — REQUIRED.
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency — REQUIRED.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • MS Project
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center/customer service environment.
• Experience working with delivery, transportation, logistics, or driver-facing operations is a plus.
• Strong ability to maintain customer satisfaction while resolving issues.
