We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our office in San Antonio, Texas . The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5PM.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
+ Type 40+ wpm
+ Microsoft Office experience.
+ Experience handling high call volumes.
+ Bilingual Spanish preferred
