The Eigel Agency is seeking a licensed insurance professional who is passionate about helping clients and creating positive customer experiences. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for policyholders, helping them navigate coverage questions, policy updates, and day-to-day service needs while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage reviews.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively reach out to clients when follow-up or additional support is needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and communicate recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and client records.
• Deliver a high level of service that promotes retention and customer satisfaction.

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required.
• At least 1 year of insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
