Customer Service Representative
Location: San Jose, California

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support for sales, sales promotions, installations, and customer communication efforts.
  • Ensuring positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and in compliance with consumer laws.
  • Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform, educate, and support customers.
  • Creating and implementing improvement plans in response to customer feedback and survey results.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve product or service issues.
  • Managing service requests, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Updating customer records and ensuring accuracy across systems.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with computer systems and capable of learning new technologies quickly.
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
