Customer Service Representative
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $23-$30 per hour
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: 6+ months of Customer Service experience

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include:
- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Provide product information on customer orders
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Provide follow-up calls to customers
- Research information using multiple resources
- Route call to the appropriate resource
Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include:
- Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
- Multitasking skills are strongly needed
- Professional phone etiquette
Customer Service Representative Requirements may include:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide 2 professional references
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
