Qualified Staffing is seeking a customer service representative for our client in Sandersville, GeorgiaPay: $16.00/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMAssignment Length: 9 Months
This position requires working at multiple locations. Applicants must be able to commute to Washington, Baldwin, and Hancock Counties throughout the work week.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist program participants in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails
  • Verify and update participant information
  • Explain program benefits, services, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support case management and eligibility processes
  • Assist with outreach activities and participant communications
  • Monitor assigned reports and caseload activities
  • Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must have previous experience working in Medical office
  • Must have experience with Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
