In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the company and customers, sales representatives etc.

This position is a direct hire role. This role must be worked onsite.

Pay: $49,000-$52,000/Yr.

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Field incoming calls and online inquiries from end users, service technicians and sales team
  • Process quotes and purchase orders
  • Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce) and an ERP (Epicor) system
  • Ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Understand company products and product customizations
