Apoyo Financiero, Inc. is hiring bilingual talent for our Santa Ana branch. This opportunity is ideal for bilingual candidates with experience in sales, customer service, call center, collections, retail, cashier, or direct customer-facing roles. Previous financial services experience is not required. At Apoyo Financiero, we provide complete training in the credit cycle, financial education, and responsible credit history management.

Ideal Candidate:

The opportunity:

We are seeking success-driven customer service team players. If you have a passion for financial and lending services and working with the public, we will provide the training needed for your professional growth in the lending industry. On-site role (not remote/hybrid).

Key responsibilities:

  • Collections Management: Manage daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments.
  • Campaigns and Prospecting: Execute renewal campaigns, manage leads, and schedule appointments with clients.
  • Customer Service: Use active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Administration and Operations: Support log control, maintain office order, and perform general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality consistent with scheduled shifts, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork.

Schedule / position details:

  • Non-Exempt position
  • Full-time / 40 hours per week
  • Typical schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (two days off per week, including Sundays). Schedule may vary based on business needs.
