The Customer Support Representative will serve as a key liaison betweencustomers and Amphenol FCI, supporting day-to-day order management and serviceneeds. This role works collaboratively with Field Sales, Product Marketing, andinternal operations teams to ensure customers receive accurate information,timely responses, and an exceptional service experience. This is an excellentopportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow within a globalmanufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & SupportProvide timely and accurate information to customers regarding pricing,product availability, lead times, and order status.Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email and phone whiledemonstrating strong service orientation.Order Processing & ManagementReceive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently throughinternal order management systems.Review product, shipping, and documentation requirements and coordinate withinternal teams to ensure on-time delivery.Access customer portals as needed to retrieve orders or provide updates.Coordination & Issue ResolutionMonitor daily status of orders, including late or held orders; proactivelyidentify solutions such as expedited shipping or product alternatives.Work with Finance and customer contacts to help resolve invoicediscrepancies or outstanding receivables.Collaborate closely with Field Sales and Product Marketing to escalateissues and support customer needs.Data Accuracy & MaintenanceMaintain customer master data, cross-references, and shipping details toensure accurate records.Support reporting and tracking of on-time delivery performance for keyaccounts.Team Collaboration & Customer ExperienceUtilize internal resources effectively to meet or exceed customerexpectations.Represent the Customer Service team and Amphenol professionally with apositive, customer-focused approach.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a relatedfield preferred.1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, salessupport, or administrative roles-preferably in a manufacturing or technicalproduct environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships or strongcustomer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.Skills & CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, professionalphone manner.High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to managemultiple priorities.Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic problem-solving.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP/ordermanagement systems a plus.Ability to learn technical product information and navigate cross-functionalcommunication.Preferred (Not Required)Experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, orsimilar functions.Prior experience in manufacturing, electronics, or industrial environment.#LI-YR1
