Customer Service Representative

Location: Santa Paula, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimePay: $25.00–$29.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to work closely with Sales Representatives, customers, and manufacturers. This role serves as a key liaison between all parties to ensure purchase orders are processed accurately, communicated effectively, and tracked through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Sales Representatives and customers
• Act as a liaison between Sales Representatives, customers, and manufacturers
• Receive and confirm customer purchase orders
• Generate purchase orders for manufacturers
• Track purchase orders and provide updates as needed
• Assist with customer inquiries and order-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication throughout the order process

• Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP software preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and manufacturers
