- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and services
- Process customer orders accurately and timely
- Enter and update customer information in company systems
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and positive customer relations
- Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable handling heavy call volume throughout the day
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
