Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:$20–$21/hour + commissions
Location:Saratoga Springs, NY (On-site)
Employment Type:Direct Hire
Schedule:1:30 PM–10:00 PM, 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day

Our growing client is seeking a personable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic customer service center. In this role, you'll assist customers with inquiries related to storage facilities and campgrounds while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Whether you're helping existing customers or speaking with prospective guests, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build your knowledge and grow your career.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services
  • Clearly explain services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Support both customer service and sales-focused conversations with prospective and existing customers
  • Contribute to a positive team culture while consistently delivering exceptional service

Qualifications for the role of Customer Service Representative:

Required:

  • Passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in customer service

Preferred:

  • Experience with inbound phone sales
  • Bilingual - Spanish communication skills
