We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist focused on email and case management to join a fast-paced support team.

Key responsibilities include managing emails and service cases via CRM (Salesforce), researching and resolving customer issues, supporting account managers with fleet-related requests, handling inquiries about vehicles and accounts, collaborating across departments, making follow-up calls, updating customer data, processing requests, and generating reports.

Requirements include 2+ years of office-based customer service experience, strong written communication, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a typing speed of 40+ WPM. Preferred qualifications are experience with CRM systems, case management, or fleet services.

This is an entry to mid-level, contract role based in Schaumburg, IL, offering benefits and a pay of $20/hr. The position is fully onsite with an application deadline of May 21, 2026.
