Customer Service Representative

Location: Schertz, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $17/hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Saturday with one scheduled day off
Shift Options:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a smooth delivery experience. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor delivery routes and progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues

What You’ll Need

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

Schedule & Work Environment

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule with one scheduled day off. Candidates should be comfortable working any of the listed shifts.
