Customer Service Representative - Seasonal
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, assist with product questions, place orders, order tracking
- Update customer information, detail updates on customer orders/files
- Pinpoint customer requests, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives on case-by-case basis
- Correspond via phone/email/live chat
- Create positive customer relationships by engaging and taking the time to listen
- Document customer complaints on web-based log
- Monitor system to ensure orders are scheduled and printed by specific times
- Issue online credits/refunds when needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient computer/typing skills
- Pleasant phone personality and strong communication skills
- Able to remain professional when dealing with upset customers and stressful situations
- Excellent multi-tasking skills/ability to manage time efficiently
- Good judgment capabilities in identifying escalated priority issues
Schedule:
Seasonal Temporary only (approx. 8-10 weeks)
Available to work Christmas Eve
Flexible shifts available (part-time and full-time) between the hours of:
7am-7pm (Monday-Friday)
Job Type: Seasonal
Rate of Pay- $17
