Customer Service Representative – Phone Ninja / ServiceTitan Jedi (Full-Time)

Are you a phone-answering pro with aknack for making people smile — even when their toilet isn't?

Join the team at Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company, a family-owned business with over four generations of service in St. Louis. We're growing fast and looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us continue delivering 5-star service.

If you love structured workdays, solving problems, and talking to customers who just want someone who gets it — we want to meet you. Bonus points if you already know ServiceTitan (our software of choice), but we'll train the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday

7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

• No weekends, no nights, and no surprises. Just a solid, reliable schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

$18–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills) ... and weekly BONUS!

• Training provided (especially if you're new to ServiceTitan)

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately in ServiceTitan

• Communicate with internal team members to keep jobs flowing smoothly

• Outbound calls to our members (they're the best!)

• Represent the brand with a customer-first mindset (yes, tone does matter)

Qualifications:

Customer service experience required

• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred (but not required — we'll train the right fit)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities

• Professional, friendly, and reliable — someone who shows up on time and brings their A-game

• Comfortable using computers and modern office tools
