Required:
- College degree or previous contact center experience
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change
- Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- No more than 3 jobs within the last 5 years, no more than 1 large job gap of 6 months or more in last 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
- Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Consistently meet key department performance metrics
- Provide functional support in Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and account or financial-related inquiries
Preferences:
- Customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred
- Financial services or banking experience is a plus
- Experience with Cash Management, online banking, mobile banking, or account support
