Customer Service Representative

Medical Equipment Documentation Specialist Needed! 

Pay Range: $21- $23 hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Location: Fully in-office

What You’ll Do:

• Manage patient intake and verify insurance coverage, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Prepare and process medical equipment documentation, including CMNs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate equipment setup and service for respiratory and durable medical equipment.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and referral logs while managing multiple priorities and ensuring compliance.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.
• Home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake experience preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and reimbursement practices.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus.
