Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative $19.00/hr. 

Monday-Friday, 1st shift, 7:00am -3:30pm M-F

A local distribution warehouse is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Apply today!

 Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound shipments and receipts
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered
• Tracks, traces and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Engages with Customers and Clients
• Answer phones
• Assign trucks to door
• Control customer files
• Verify all materials and documents have been received
• Manage receipt of shipments of products
• Follow up with customers
• Complete call logs and reports
• Collaborates with other team members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Experience Working in an office environment
• Inventory control experience a plus but not required
• Ability to read, count and do basic math
• Computer/data entry experience
• Ability to follow directions
• Organized
• Customer service experience
• High School diploma or GED required
