Responsibilities include:
- Setting pick-up and delivery appointments
- Multi-tasking across multiple Transportation Management Systems
- Using the phone daily to solicit freight from customers
- Constructing professional emails
- Typing at least 50 words per minute and 10-key by touch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
