Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will manage a medium volume of customer inquiries daily, addressing billing questions and product support issues. Light bookeeping duties will be required. This role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to provide timely, effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via calls
• Resolve issues related to billing and product support
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism
• Provide comprehensive customer support and assistance
• Maintain accurate data entry and records

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• ap/ar bookeeping experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office
• Demonstrated organizational skills
