Before becoming an agent, I spent nine years as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Administration.

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.
