This is a part-time position with a schedule of up to 10 hours per week.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
