ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Team Member with Brad Larson State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. The Brad Larson State Farm Agent is certified to mentor team members to prepare for the opportunity of Agency Owner through the Agent Aspirant Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Pivot to insurance products and services that would benefit the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain the Ohio Property and Casualty and Life and Health Licenses if not already licensed.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
