I’ve had the honor of serving my community for the past 14 years, and being a State Farm agent has truly changed my life both personally and professionally. I was born in Mexico City and moved to Omaha in the mid-90s. Most of my family is still in Mexico, and I visit as often as I can.

I never imagined I would become an insurance agent, but this career has become one of the most rewarding paths I could have taken. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Monica Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
