After working with one of the largest State Farm agents for over 22 years, I established our Legacy office on January 1, 2019, with a second location in Big Rapids set to open in early 2025. Responsibilities: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
