I am a second-generation State Farm Agent with 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, following in the footsteps of my father, who has been an agent for 52 years. I hold a finance degree from the University of Texas at Pan American and have continued my education with certifications from The American College, including ChFC, CASL, and RICP.
Our agency is a family-oriented team where collaboration, growth, and support are key values. We currently have two full-time licensed team members in the office and one part-time remote employee. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Property/Casualty or Life/Health insurance license.
