ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in June 2025 and is a growing team of two with exciting plans to expand. I bring over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked as both a team member and on the corporate side before earning the opportunity to become an agent.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida State University and my MBA from Rollins College. I’m married with two young kids, and family is a big part of what drives the balance and culture we aim to create in our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Culligan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
