ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Insurance Account Representative to join our State Farm agency in Mountain View, CA. State Farm experience or prior insurance sales/service experience is strongly preferred. Our agency is growth-minded and family-oriented, and we truly view our team as an extension of family.


We focus on building long-term customer relationships through meaningful conversations, excellent service, and a proactive approach to meeting insurance and financial service needs. • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership
• Prior insurance industry experience is a strong plus
• Chinese or Spanish speaking is a plus
