ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are a State Farm Insurance office in the Finneytown, Cincinnati, Ohio area.  I am a second-generation agent with over 40 years of experience.  It is a small office atmosphere where everyone is like family.  I have 2 positions available with licensing reimbursement - One position is customer service - helping our clients with billing, changes, and any other needs.  The other is sales/service - helping our office to grow with services our customers need.   

As a State Farm team member, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary.
