As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sig Holcomb - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and route to the appropriate team member.
- Assist customers with basic questions and inquiries.
- Take payments and follow up on past-due balances.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
SCHEDULE:
- Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
- Very flexible with scheduling
