RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer phones and route to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist customers with basic questions and inquiries.
  • Take payments and follow up on past-due balances.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
SCHEDULE:
  • Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
  • Very flexible with scheduling
