Assist clients with policy questions

Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver seamless service
️ Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide helpful information about insurance products and services
What We’re Looking For:
️ Excellent communication and active listening skills
Empathy, patience, and desire to help others
Strong problem-solving abilities
️ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office)
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License
