If you love helping customers and spotting opportunities to grow accounts, this role was built for you.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver great service, build real relationships, and confidently recommend the right coverage when clients need more protection. This is not a cold-calling grind — most opportunities come from our existing clients and inbound activity.
What You’ll Do
Take care of our clients
Answer client questions by phone, email, or in person
Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
Explain coverage in plain English (no insurance jargon overload)
Help with billing questions and basic claims guidance
Grow the book (without being pushy)
Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities during service conversations
Conduct friendly coverage reviews with current clients
Quote and bind new personal/commercial policies (based on your license)
Follow up on warm leads and referrals
Partner with producers to support new business

Requirements
Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable learning agency systems and quoting tools
