We are a busy and growing insurance agency looking for a front desk receptionist/customer service representative. You do not need to have previous experience as this is an entry level position. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Allison Dickmann State Farm, you will learn new skills and will acquire licenses that will enhance your career trajectory. Attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. Your day to day will include greeting customers when they come into the office or call in, helping resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with your peers in the office, and handling a range of diverse tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers, assist with policy questions related to payments, forms needed, and claims
• Communicate with other members of the office to provide seamless customer care
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
