ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls and promptly responding to customer emails and texts.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Assist customers with processing insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a quick paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NC Property and Casualty Producer License
• Able to acquire NC Life and Health Producer License
