ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer incoming calls and promptly responding to customer emails and texts.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Assist customers with processing insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

REQUIREMENTS:- NC Property and Casualty Producer License
- Able to acquire NC Life and Health Producer License
