ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021, and today our team includes five members working together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in the oil industry, which helped shape my work ethic and appreciation for strong teamwork and accountability.

I attended Texas A&M and am married with two daughters who keep life busy outside the office. Family is important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the agency. I believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and given the space to succeed.

Our office culture is laid back, positive, and fun. I’m not a micromanager, and I trust my team to take ownership of their roles. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Cleveland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
