POSITION DESCRIPTION:
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Houston, TX seeking a positive, outgoing, & career-oriented professionals to join our team. As a team member for Brett Campo - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop valuable relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance and provide customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
