ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Multi-line Representative with Cindy Nguyen State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Generate new business via cold calling, networking, and referrals to consistently exceed monthly sales targets
  • Analyze client needs and risk profiles to recommend and customize appropriate insurance products
  • Process new applications, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with company underwriting guidelines.
  • Build lasting relationships and provide high-quality service, resulting in high policy retention rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese is a must
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
