ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Darryl Wakefield - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options
    
    

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service and Sales experience preferred.
