ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Representative with JoAnn M Cuevas Agency LLC, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must have currently)
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
