The perfect candidate for this role is detail oriented, smiles a lot, experienced in insurance or a related industry (banking, customer service etc.), willing to learn, and reliable. You should also be a fast typer and generally good with computers.
Looking for someone who has a helpful attitude, willing to take tasks off of the rest of the team's plate.
It's very cliche' but I need someone who will go the extra mile for my customers. You keeping them happy keeps me happy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls, emails, texts
Make policy changes and recommendations
Have exceptional attention to detail
In office 8:30-5 Mon- Fri, closed 12-1 for lunch.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Will need to get insurance licenses (pretty easy).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
