Customer Service Representative (Service + Sales) — State Farm Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring requests are handled correctly and efficiently.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to confirm next steps, manage expectations, and keep cases moving.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Support sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions and additional products/services.
- Work proactively to ensure customers feel supported at every step—from policy questions to claims resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can build trust quickly and keep customers informed.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance or a customer-facing role.
